They are not screenshots of a client account, and the figures in them are not the results of any real deployment. Where such an illustration appears, it is labelled.

We do not publish success rates, revenue uplift figures, response-time averages, client logos, testimonials or case studies. This is deliberate: we are an early practice and are not currently in a position to evidence such claims.

Any results you achieve will depend on your existing processes, your market, your pricing and how your team uses the system. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee or forecast of outcome.

The systems we build use automated decision-making and speech technology. These are not infallible. A voice agent can mishear, misclassify an enquiry, or fail to recognise something a person would catch.

For that reason every system we deploy includes escalation rules, a human override and an audit trail, and we recommend that automation is not relied upon as the sole handler of emergency, safety-critical, medical or legal matters. Where a call requires human judgement, it should reach a human.

Our systems integrate with third-party platforms — telephony, CRM, calendar, messaging and payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or terms.
