About

We build themachine, thenwe run it.

MAYZAI is an engineering practice, not a marketing agency. We design the automation layer that sits beneath service businesses — and we stay on to operate it, because a system nobody maintains stops being a system.

Most businesses do not have a lead problem.

They have a response problem. The enquiry arrives at 18:40, the phone rings out, and by the time anyone calls back on Tuesday the job has gone to whoever picked up first. Nothing about that is a marketing failure.

The fix is not more staff or a better CRM. It is a layer underneath the tools you already own — one that answers, qualifies, books, invoices and follows up without waiting for a person to be free. That layer is what we build.

We are deliberately small and take on a limited number of businesses at a time, so each one gets the attention this kind of work needs.

How we think
01

We operate what we build

Most agencies hand over a diagram and invoice. We hold the pager. If the system misses a call at 2am, that is our problem, not yours.

02

Measured before and after

We record how things work before we change anything, so you can judge the difference yourself rather than take our word for it.

03

Your tools, not ours

We do not sell you a platform to migrate onto. The system sits behind the software you already pay for and makes it act as one.

04

Boring where it counts

Automation that fails loudly is worse than none. Every workflow has a fallback path, an audit trail and a human override.

From signature to live

  1. Map

    Understand the flow

We trace one real job end to end and mark every point a human re-keys data or an enquiry goes cold.

  2. Build

    Configure the system

Voice agent set up with your services and rate card. Workflows wired into the CRM and diary you already use.

  3. Shadow

    Run it alongside you

The system answers overflow only while you compare its transcripts against how your team would have handled the call.

  4. Operate

    Tune and support

We monitor it against how calls actually go, adjust the handling, and report on what it dealt with.

Where we are today

Early, and straightforward about it.

We are a new practice. We have not published client logos, case studies or performance statistics, because we are not yet in a position to evidence them — and numbers you cannot check are worth nothing to you anyway.

What we can offer is a working demonstration against your own call flow, a written automation audit you keep regardless of what you decide, and direct access to the people building the system. When we have measured results a client is happy to have named, they will appear here.

See what it would handle for you first.
